Lay out your floor.

Set your room, auto-fill it with Fuji mats, paint a border, drop in a cage or ring, add wall pads and send the layout to our team for a quote.

Doors & windows

Stand in the room facing the wall. Measure from the left corner to the left edge of the opening, then from the right edge of the opening to the right corner. The two numbers set where it goes and how wide it is. Doors leave a full-height gap: no wall pads, Pitt Wall or Frame Kit across the doorway. Windows keep the wall pads or Pitt Wall running underneath the sill, with the opening for the glass above.

Pinwheel is our standard layout for Tatami and MMA mats. Subway is another favourite.

Fuji Mats floor logo

Logo Placement

Logo size on the mats Logo colours Fine-tune size within the mat 100%

Every logo is centred on a whole mat (or two matching mats side by side), never across a cut edge piece. Centre: the mat closest to the middle of the floor. North & South / East & West: the mat closest to a point on the centre line about a fifth of the way in from each of those walls, on the main mat colour (off a border in another colour). Long logos run along the mat; stacked logos stand upright along it. Each logo reads from its nearest wall.

Standard: black or white lettering (whichever shows best on the mat) with the Fuji blue.

03 Competition Arena

Turn on to set out numbered competition areas to the governing body’s guide sizes (Judo, BJJ, Karate, Kung Fu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA).

04 Cage & Ring

Turn on to drop a true-size Fuji cage or boxing ring footprint onto your floor plan.

06 Bill of materials

Counts are a guide for quoting. Edge mats are cut to fit on site; roll lengths are rounded up to whole metres. No prices shown for mats or wall pads. Our team confirms everything in your quote.
